- The company T&T – trade Holding s.r.o, headquartered at Mařákova 365, Litomyšl-Město, 570 01 Litomyšl, processes in the event of an answer to a question submitted using the contact form in the sense of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (formerly and hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data:
- name and surname,
- e-mail,
- and phone.
- First name, last name, email and phone number must be processed in order to answer a question submitted using the contact form. These personal data will be processed by T&T – trade Holding s.r.o for a period of 6 months.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by the company T&T – trade Holding s.r.o, i.e. the administrator of personal data.
- Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- request information from us on what personal data we process,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- request us to delete this personal data – this deletion will, however, result in the termination of negotiations on the contract,
- in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
